Stanislaw,
That's exactly why we started grooming our guys at home - more funds for meat, toys and treats!
In addition, grooming is a great bonding experience and a chance for humans to get acquainted with their dog's anatomy so that we are aware of any changes.
Right now, Louis' ears are a little too short and Ella's legs are a bit choppy, but we are learning! Check out one of the reruns of this week's show and let Cup of Dog know what you think!
Louis said he wouldn't let any of those nutballs groom him! Ella Bean just turned up her nose at the whole thing and went to sleep.
Thanks for stopping by!

Darn! We missed it! My humans groom my brother and me, and just started doing this about a year ago. At times we look a little.. um.. less than perfect, but then we just go roll in the mud and it doesn't matter. Plus it saves them over $1000 a year and they can spend that on toys and feasts for us instead. We never liked the groomer anyway. Once the show is over they should have the contestants go on tour and hold "grooming 101" lessons all over the country. Just an idea...
